Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Here are some things that I am thankful for:
being born in America
not having an anxiety attack this year
having all of my family members alive and well.
What are you thankful for?

Sleepy

I was so sleepy last night that I wrote my journal entry down and had to type it in this morning. Sooo here goes:

It’s a shame and a disgrace. I am too friggin’ tired to type so I have to write my entry down in my paper jounal before I type in tomorrow. I still have no idea how I am going to end this book but since I am encrypting it anyway it does not matter if the novel is twisted, convuluted and unfinished. I have to remind myself that the whole point of this is to get me used to writing something everyday. Believe me I need the outside motivation. There is nothing like the threat of my subscribers rebelling if I do not meet my word count by the deadline. Hey look what I found. I found my notes from the Special Events Meeting. HMmm More words for Nanowrimo. Whoo Hoo. (this song was in my head so I wrote it down) No tears in heaven No crying in glory No more worrying about tomorrow Don’t you see see-eee-eee. This song is on the CD by Hillcrest Church of Christ’s chorus. I do not know the author, but we were listnening to the CD when we were on my way home from my aunt’s house. OH yeah, we actually went over to my aunt’s house for a change. I was happy for them because my aunt has had a hard time thanks to that no good ex husband of hers. Do not even get me started about that loser. Anyway this was one of the least stressful thanksgiving days on record. Of course my sister, me and my cousin had to be the runners. I guess parents think their children are never supposed to get a break. I get really bothered sometimes because my parents seem to think I twiddle my thumbs all day because I am not pounding the pavement every day. I am building a training company here. I can not train anyone without a degree or real world experience and I am learning that real world expereince counts for more than a degree. Now I am not saying that I don’t plan on finishing school. I am going to finish school. I am just going to have my business pay for my education. Therefore, it may take me that much longer to finish school, but at least I will be done, free and clear. I do not want to be in debt even though that might be considered a good debt. Anyway, my idea is to hold seminars training people to become self sufficient.

today’s writing prompt

Just like his fifth grade teacher, Mr. Young, has always told him, Rashid put on his thinking cap. Only this wasn’t a figurative thinking cap. This was his actual thinking cap. It was a Georgia Bulldogs cap. He always wore his Georgia Bulldogs hat when he was trying to be creative. He just could not think a creative thought if he was wearing Georgia Tech paraphanelia. Not like he had anything against Georgia Tech or anything like that. If he was trying to do calculus, he would wear Georgia Tech then, but right now he was trying to get some writing done. He was not able to get any writing done until 11:00 PM today. He got busy running here, running there and before he knew it it was 1l:00 and he had not written a thing. What’s worse is that he does not have a clue what he wants to write about. Well maybe he can go online and find some writing prompts or something. There is alwyas something interesting on bramblestory.com
Maybe he can find something there. Man this freewriting stuff is hard work. You do not have any idea how hard it is to just write without editing. AS soon as the thought is out of my head and on papter, i am er correcting misspellings and correcting words that arent’ capitalized right. Darn it I did it again. I had a typo and I change the tyo I mean to darn I mean typo. This writing without editing, dand dang i did it again stuff is hear oops i meant hard work. Whee oops i meant whew that’s done. Now I can get to work on some short stories.

Horror upon horrors

I am dating a Tar Heel fan. AAAACCCKKK!! I should have asked him that question before I decided to let him back into my life. Okay let’s get a little background. This guy was my on and off boyfriend in high school. The only reason I dissed him so hard when we were in high school was because well he was kinda boring. Boring in the sense that he was nice and kinda predictable. I was also kinda concerned because he’s a spoiler. But then that could be a good thing.

But you know as I got older I realized that he was probabbly the only person that would deal with all of my twenty million mood swings. Of course that was before I found out that he was a Tar Heel fan. Well he does like Georgia, so that’s at least one school we can agree on. I guess I’m going to have to leave the house when the Duke and Carolina game comes on. It’s funny when sports comes in the middle of a relationship…
