Election Day 2008 News

If you didn’t take advantage of the early voting in Georgia, you must vote on November 4th, 2008.  The polls will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM.  Thanks to a new Georgia law, you’re required to have photo id to vote.  You’re not required to have received your voter registration card, however.

If you have questions about your polling place, you can call 1-877-6226.  If you need a ride to the polls, call 404-524-8683.  There will probably be long lines, so bring a book, some snacks, patience, and a good attitude.
