Kinetix is seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our client in Duluth. Qualified candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have intermediate MS Office skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, managing the executive calendar, handling and routing calls, preparing and responding to various correspondence, booking travel arrangements for the executive team, greeting clients, and providing general office support including office upkeep.

This position is a temp-to-permanent opportunity starting at $36,000 annual depending on experience. A benefits package will be provided upon permanent placement.
