I know a lot of you realtors have faced the dilemma of having a buyer that can’t qualify for a reasonable mortgage because they have had credit issues in the past.  Well look no further.  I have found an organization dedicated to helping people get in a home regardless of their credit situation.  There are rules and steps that need to be followed to get into a NACA home, but won’t it be worth it to your client in the end?

Just go to the NACA website for more information.  If you’re in Atlanta, the meeting for realtors is on the third Tuesday of each month at 6pm at the Atlanta office.  You can just click on the NACA link to find more information.
